production of Visiting Mr.
Green, or simply Mr. Green as
it is known there, has become
the longest running play in
Israeli history.
Since its opening in July,
2001, there have been over
500 performances throughout
Israel. It won Best Play and
Yossi Graber won Best
Actor at the Israeli Theatre
Awards. Mr. Green, which
continues to play, most often
at the Cameri's home in Tel
Aviv, co-stars Micha
Selektar and was directed by
Alon Ophir.
